Singers
We welcome those who would like to participate in singing either in the worship choir or on the worship team. If you love to sing, we would love to have you. Choir sings several times a year and on special occasions (candlelight, holidays, hymn festival, etc). Soloists are welcome and are incorporated into the liturgy for a seamless worship experience.
Commitments for Worship Choir: rehearsal time is determined by the group in September
Commitments for Worship Team: Sunday 8:30am setup & rehearsals.
Instrumentalists
Our desire is to incorporate instrumentalists in worship in praise to God by inviting those who have a variety of skill levels and talents to participate in worship. Rhythm band, percussion, orchestra, organists & pianists are welcome.
Commitments: rehearsals and setup times as requested typically before worship. Occasional outside rehearsals as needed.
Worship Technology
Do you have a desire to serve the those in-person and the larger online worship community as outreach? We are looking for you! Join the team that goes behind the scenes!
Commitments: Available for setup & rehearsals as well as worship times.
Visual Arts
Enhancing the worship space and providing an atmosphere of worship is what it’s all about. Our visual arts volunteers work as a group to reflect a season (Advent, Christmas, etc.) or seasons in the life of the congregation. We use lighting, fabrics, visuals, banners, etc. to adorn the worship space to help those worshipping feel welcome and inspired to worship.
Commitments: attend meetings as needed to decide and implement elements for the worship space.
Worship Leadership
Do you have the gift of public speaking? Spiritual gifts of prayer and intercession? We regularly ask volunteers to read scripture, participate in a scriptural dramatic reading, or pray in worship, and occasionally lead worship for special occasions.
Commitments: available for worship services, sound checks, and occasional rehearsals prior to worship.
